There are a number of different ways you can search for an item. Firstly, if you know exactly what you are after you can either search under our 'Products' drop down menu, which list a range of our popular products. If you can't find the item within that menu, you could also use our 'Search Bar' across the top of the website. Placing an Order
Once you have your item/s in your shopping basket, you can then increase the quantity by entering the desired amount in the Quantity field.
Clicking on the ‘Continue Securely’ button will take you to the checkout area where you can select the correct delivery and billing address for your order. Once you have chosen the delivery method and clicked on the ‘Continue’ button you will be taken through to the secure payment page.

Delivery & Returns Information
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it costs, delivery options and applicable taxes. At this time, you will also be sent a confirmation of your order by email.
As the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier we are able to carry extensive stocks.
We currently have over 900 different products available for immediate delivery*.
Orders must be placed before 2.30pm for next working day delivery*.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on product weight.

0kg - 15kg = £14.40 inc VAT
15.1kg - 20kg = £18.00 inc VAT
20.1kg - 30kg = £25.20 inc VAT
30.1kg - 40kg = £30.00 inc VAT
40.1kg - 50kg = £36.00 inc VAT
50.1kg - 60kg = £42.00 inc VAT
60.1kg - 70kg = £48.00 inc VAT
70.1kg - 79kg = £54.00 inc VAT
80kg and up = £78 inc VAT
HL POS Centre deliver across the UK, including Scotland, NI**.
However please note that some postcodes in these areas will be subject to a two-day service due to location.

HL POS Centre stand by the products we offer, should you receive a faulty product please contact our customer services team within 7 days of receipt and we will do all we can to assist.
There maybe a small window of time from receipt of your order and dispatch where we can make amendments to your order. If you discover an error please let our customer services team know and they will do what they can to assist.
If our courier was unable to reach you when they tried to deliver your goods, they may have delivered the parcel to one of your neighbours. You should have received a card from the courier explaining this. If having tried your neighbours your parcel is still missing, please contact us within 5 working days of expected receipt date and we will investigate further.
